  • Check-In / Check-Out

    Check in: from 03:00 pm

    • You can arrive before 03:00 pm on request and change your clothes for your skiing day. However, we ask for your understanding that the rooms, flats & parking spaces are only available from 03:00pm
    • Should you arrive after 08:00pm, please inform us by telephone in order to prepare the late check in.
    • In case of late arrival the full room price for the booked days will be charged without any deductions.

    Check out: Hotel: until 10:00 am / Apartments with kitchen: until 09:30 am

    • In order to be able to provide a parking space to our arriving guests, we ask you to vacate your accommodation and parking spaces by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
    • Since the basic cleaning of apartements is very time-consuming, we ask for your understanding that a check-out is required by 09:30 at the latest.
    • In case of early departure, the full room price for the booked days will be charged without deductions.

    • For a binding reservation we ask for a down payment of 40% of the booking amount (free of charge for the recipient within 10 days after booking).

    • 7 - 12 years: - 30%

  • Pets

    Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.

  • Unused inclusive services

    No discount is granted for included services that are not used, such as breakfast that is not consumed. No refunds are given for bookings of packages.

  • Security Deposit

    For rooms/apartments a deposit for any damage incurred during the stay can be requested by credit card upon arrival. This will be returned upon check-out after inspection.

  • Short stays

    We reserve the right to charge extra fees for short stays and stays over the weekend.

  • NON-Smoking

    Please note that our hotel is run as a non-smoking establishment. For the well-being of all, it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and apartements. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or in front of the hotel.

  • Parking
    • We provide all guests one parking space per room directly in front of the hotel or flat house.
    • Parking spaces in the hotel's own parking garage are partly subject to charges. Reservations are not possible. Allocations are subject to the arrival time of the guests and availability.
    • On the day of departure, the car parks must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest in order to be able to offer a space to new arriving guests. Thank you very much!
  • Cancellation policy Summer 2024
    • Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
    • From 14 days before arrival & no-show: 100% of the booking amount.

    In addition, we offer you the possibility of postponing your stay free of charge up to 1 day before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:

    • If lift operation in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic.
    • If the gastronomic businesses are closed.
    • If there is a lockdown in Ischgl/Tyrol.

    The above cancellation policies apply to direct bookings via the hotel, our website or www.ischgl.com. On booking channels such as booking.com, expedia, ect. the policies applicable in the confirmation apply.

    Cancellations are only valid in written form.

    Apart from the above-mentioned guidelines, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

  • Cancellation policy Winter
    • up to 3 months: handling fee of € 70,-- / sleeping room
    • 3 months until 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
    • 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
    • from 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the totalbooking amount

    In addition, we offer you the possibility of a free postponement or cancellation of your stay if one of the following reasons applies within 1 week before arrival day:

    • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic or the gastronomy is closed.
    • If there is a lockdown in Ischgl/Tyrol.

  • Travel cancellation insurance

  • Spare key

    Additional keys for the respective flats or hotel rooms are available for a deposit at the hotel reception. 

  • Linen

    All linen and bathrobes are provided by the house free of charge.

  • Wellness & Spa

    The use of our new wellness area 'MONTANARA Wellness & Spa' is free of charge and reserved exclusively for adults and young people aged 13 and over. Opening hours are as usual also in most other hotels from 16:00 to 19:30. In case of bad weather, it will open earlier on request.

  • Means of payment

    Payment is possible in cash, by debit card, bank card Girocard or credit card (Visa & Master Card). Please understand that we do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards.
