For our family-run, four-star Boutique Hotel Montanara in Ischgl, with approximately 50 beds, we are looking for two experienced and reliable housekeeping employees for the winter season.

The position includes cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and public hotel areas, as well as working in our in-house hotel laundry.

What we expect

• Several years of professional experience cleaning guest rooms in a hotel
• Ideally, at least three years of seasonal experience in Austrian or other Alpine hotels
• Experience working in a hotel laundry and operating professional washing machines, dryers and ironing machines
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and thoroughly
• Sufficient German skills to understand work instructions reliably
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to assist with other tasks when required, such as washing dishes in the breakfast kitchen or setting up and clearing the breakfast buffet
• Good employment references or verifiable professional references

Job description

We are looking for another employee for the next winter season for our **** Hotel Montanara who is responsible for breakfast. Our family business in the western centre of Ischgl has about 50 beds in hotel rooms & flats. Between 35 and 40 guests are served breakfast in buffet & À la Carte form.

Area of responsibility

Your tasks:

• Preparing the daily breakfast
• Setting and refilling the buffet
• Taking care of the guests
• Responsibility for cleanliness
• Active participation in the daily work process
• Joint creation of the order list

Your qualification & competences:

• Good knowledge of German and English
• Work experience would be an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance
• Healthy perceptive faculty & personal responsibility

What we expect

Good German language skills required. Independent work in a pleasant working environment during a 6-day week.

Your tasks:

• Cleaning of 3 holiday apartments every Saturday morning (approx. 4 hours) in a team of 2 people.
• Your qualifications & skills.
• Work experience is an advantage
• Reliability & responsibility
