Dear guests,

Your health and that of our employees is our top priority. You can be sure that we will do our utmost to protect your health and offer you a PLUS of service to ensure that you enjoy your holiday and have moments of happiness.

We, Stefanie Parth with son Lukas as your hosts, have both overcome the infection and have also tested positive for antibodies, which provides a kind of security for our family and hopefully for you as our guests. Fortunately, we have both recovered from the virus to a large extent, but would like to protect you as our guests as best as we can. In order to achieve this, we would like to ask for your help and personal responsibility for the guidelines and measures which we implement with full awareness.

    There are sufficient disinfectant dispensers in the hotel. We clean the rooms and touch points such as door handles and surfaces regularly.

    All employees are regularly tested for COVID-19 and wear face masks. In addition, body temperature is measured before each start of work.

    Permanent ventilation by means of an exhaust air system and fresh air supply in the hotel lobby and wellness area as well as regular ventilation of public areas and rooms.

    We welcome and bid you farewell this winter with a friendly smile and do not give you the usual strong handshake. Disinfected pens are ready to fill in the data sheet.

    Montanara Wellness & Spa

    Open daily with extended opening hours (15:45 - 19:45). In case of bad weather we open earlier on request. The spa area is ventilated continuously by means of an exhaust air system and fresh air supply. The cabins may only be entered by persons living in the same household or room.

    COVID-19 quick test in Ischgl

    It is possible to carry out a certified PCR test directly in Ischgl.The test result is usually delivered electronically within 12 hours.

    Face masks are required by law in Austria in interiors open to the public. Both for our guests and for all our employees.

    Please disinfect your hands before each course to the buffet or use the disposable gloves available and enter the buffet area only with mouth-nose protection.

    Each guest will be allocated a table for the duration of their stay. This table is marked with your room number. If, in exceptional cases, a table is occupied twice, the table linen will be changed.

    The cable car companies in Paznaun and Samnaun offer a comprehensive package of measures to ensure relaxing and enjoyable skiing days. Under the following LINK you will find details of the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun.

  • COVID-19 Cancellation policy Winter 2020/21

    Stays until 27.03.2021:

    • Up to 3 days before arrival: free of charge
    • From 3 days before arrival & no-show: 100% of the booking amount.

    Stays from 27.03. - 01.05.2021:

    • Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
    • From 7 days before arrival & no-show: 100% of the booking amount.

    In addition, we offer you the possibility of postponing your stay free of charge up to 1 day before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:

    • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic.
    • If a journey to Ischgl is not possible due to travel warnings or travel restrictions or if Ischgl is classified as a risk area by the authorities in your home country.

    The above mentioned cancellation policies apply for direct bookings via the hotel, our website or ischgl.com. For bookings made via travel agencies or online distribution channels such as booking.com or expedia, the respective cancellation conditions specified at the time of booking apply.

    Apart from the above-mentioned guidelines, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

  • COVID-19 Travel Insurance

    Despite the pandemic status of Covid-19, the European Travel Cancellation Insurance covers illness like any other unexpected serious illness.

    In concrete terms this means:
    The Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium cover the following reasons in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip by the guest:

    • Illness of the guest due to COVID-19
    • Disease of a close relative or a person living in the same household with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest is urgently needed at home
    • fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later
    • A positive test result without symptoms
    • A close relative in the common household is ill and the guest must be quarantined
