    The cable car companies in Paznaun and Samnaun offer a comprehensive package of measures to ensure relaxing and enjoyable days. Under the following LINK you will find details of the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun.

  • Cancellation policy Winter 2022/23
    • up to 3 months: handling fee of € 50,-- / room or apartment
    • 3 months until 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
    • 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
    • from 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the totalbooking amount

    In addition, we offer you the possibility of a free postponement or cancellation of your stay if one of the following reasons applies within 1 week before arrival day:

    • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic or the gastronomy is closed.
    • If there is a lockdown in Ischgl/Tyrol.

    Covid infections before or during the stay are not part of a free cancellation or postponement and the regular cancellation policy applies. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance:

    The above cancellation policies apply to direct bookings via the hotel, our website or www.ischgl.com. For all other online booking channels, the respective cancellation conditions specified at the time of booking apply.

  • COVID-19 Travel Insurance

    Despite the pandemic status of Covid-19, the European Travel Cancellation Insurance covers illness like any other unexpected serious illness.

    In concrete terms this means:
    The Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium cover the following reasons in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip by the guest:

    • because you or an equivalently insured person travelling with you fall ill with COVID-19 or have a positive PCR test
    • because a close relative (*) or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required,
    • because you are quarantined as a contact person to a COVID19-positive person by means of an official segregation order in accordance with the current legal provisions.
