We, Stefanie Parth with son Lukas as your hosts would like to protect you as our guests as best as we can. In order to achieve this, we would like to ask for your help and personal responsibility for the guidelines and measures which we implement with full awareness.

For check-in, please provide one of the following proofs:

  • Vaccinated: Please show us proof of your vaccination received (fully vaccinated)
  • Recovered: Please show us an antibody test (neutralisation test) which is not older than 3 months old
  • Tested: Please show us a PCR test (valid 72 hours before arrival), antigen test (valid 24 hours before arrival).
    Depending on the length of your stay, a further test may be necessary. Please enquire with us.

There will be Antigen Test station at the reception. The test is only valid for 24 hours.

All measures are adapted according to legal requirements and are valid at this point in time. Please also inform yourself about the measures at the official sites.

    Open daily with extended opening hours. In case of bad weather we open earlier on request. The spa area is ventilated continuously by means of an exhaust air system and fresh air supply. The cabins may only be entered by persons living in the same household or room.

    From 1st. of July there is no need to weak face masks any longer in hotels or restaurants. Every guest is free to wear a mask.

    Please disinfect your hands before each course to the buffet or use the disposable gloves available.

    Each guest will be allocated a table for the duration of their stay. This table is marked with your room number. If, in exceptional cases, a table is occupied twice, the table linen will be changed.

  • Cancellation policy Winter 2021/22

    Stays until 22.12.2021:

    • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
    • From 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
    • From 14 days to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount

    Stays from 22.12. - 01.05.2022:

    • up to 2 months: free of charge
    • 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
    • 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
    • from 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount

    In addition, we offer you the possibility of postponing your stay free of charge if one of the following reasons applies within 7 days before arrival:

    • If skiing in Ischgl is not possible due to the pandemic or the gastronomy is closed.
    • If it is not possible to travel to Ischgl due to travel bans or mandatory* quarantine on entry or exit.
    • If Ischgl or Tyrol is classified as a high-risk area.

    *If quarantine is only necessary for unvaccinated persons, it is not considered mandatory.

    The above cancellation policies apply to direct bookings via the hotel, our website or For all other online booking channels, the respective cancellation conditions specified at the time of booking apply.

  • COVID-19 Travel Insurance

    Despite the pandemic status of Covid-19, the European Travel Cancellation Insurance covers illness like any other unexpected serious illness.

    In concrete terms this means:
    The Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium cover the following reasons in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip by the guest:

    • Illness of the guest due to COVID-19
    • Disease of a close relative or a person living in the same household with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest is urgently needed at home
    • fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later
    • A positive test result without symptoms
    • A close relative in the common household is ill and the guest must be quarantined
